Stefan has completed over 100 transactions valued at more than $8 billion during his 23 year investment banking career.  Most recently, he and his partners at Raymond James built one of the leading Technology & Services investment banking practices in the United States.  Stefan has led M&A advisory teams across multiple industries and has significant cross-border experience ever since his time as a Vice President with Citibank in Germany.  He is fluent in German and French.

Neal has advised on more than 40 completed M&A transactions for both public and private companies.  His specialties include executing complex M&A transactions, as well as strategic planning and execution.  Neal has also advised on a number of cross-border M&A transactions.
